In 2012 as an Executive leader Michelle lead the implementation of a leadership development and coaching programme and experienced first-hand the impact of coaching on both individual leaders and the organisation. Seeing this transformation, Michelle embarked on a career transition and completed her coaching accreditation in 2013. Since then she has accrued over 500 coaching hours working with leaders across a wide range of industries and sectors.
Michelle believes that to lead others one must first learn to lead oneself. She focuses on enabling leaders to achieve their full potential by understanding their thinking, appreciating their strengths, and aligning what they love to what they do. She builds on this self-awareness to support leaders to achieve transformative change for themselves and their organisations.
Michelle is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and regularly participates in professional development. In addition, she is an advocate of growing the connection between mind and body to improve personal effectiveness and is expanding her coaching skills to include wellness. She is currently undergoing accreditation in nutrition coaching and teacher training in classical Pilates.
