Meet Megan

Born and raised in Palmerston North, New Zealand, Megan has always had a keen interest in sport and motivation. During her early sporting years she represented New Zealand in track cycling. In 2004, Megan made a return to competitive cycling taking out the NZ National Road Cycling Women's Championship 35-44 years, and in 2005 she successfully defended her title.

She then decided to challenge herself further with an ambitious goal to focus on track cycling and compete at the National and International level.

Between 2007 and 2009, Megan has won seven World Masters Track Cycling Championships titles, two silver and two bronze medals.  In 2008 and 2009 aged 44 & 45 years old Megan placed 3rd in the Elite Women's sprint at the NZ Track Nationals.

Megan's credits a huge amount of her performance success to mental preparation and the mind techniques which she has developed and shares with her clients.

Megan is a graduate of the world's leading coach training programme, CoachU based in the USA and a member of the International Coach Federation, the world governing body of professional coaching practice and the International Association of Coaches.

Megan's experience and background includes working as a weight loss consultant, encouraging, partnering and motivating clients to achieve their goals. She is also a regular contributor to various sporting magazines.

Wife to Rory and Mother to 13 year old Bede, Megan enjoys the simple pleasures in life. These include spending time with family and friends, and the domestic arts, which includes baking cakes!
