What Clients Say

Before writing this, I hesitate. I'm more concerned that my words will not be enough to draw attention to the mahi and huge potential that this person can offer. Ironically, that's probably because, as she tells me, I have empathy as one of my core values.

In our session, Katie reminded me of the person I am and my values. This resonated with me so strongly, and at the end I felt a great sense of relief. "I can do this, I just need to breathe, take a step back; then move forwards" (Inner voice!).My best description of Katie would be this; she is your manager, your friend, your counsellor, your coach, and your HR Adviser all rolled up into one beautiful person who just 'gets it'.

Working in healthcare can be extremely demanding in so many unique ways, that only other healthcare professionals can fully understand, empathise and relate. Perhaps, just as healthcare in Aotearoa is going through the biggest reform ever seen, her approach is exactly what is needed to grow great Leaders and retain great staff.

Katie has been my supervisor coming up to 2years now. As a coach/mentor/professional supervisor, Katie is able to naturally change her role to give the best out of the sessions. It's amazing how Katie makes me come up with my own strategies to address the problems I present to her. That's the best moment for me and I call this the "light bulb moment"

Katie's wisdom, positivity & approachable manner has certainly developed me personally and professionally. I have learnt to pace myself, pause, take a deep breath, process information & have more meaningful conversations. I strongly recommend Katie as a supervisor, coach and mentor. I enjoy the structure, tools and resources Katie shares with me and constantly checks on my progress. Thank you Katie for bringing the best of me.
